    ang request ko po, kung mag down ako ng 300k all in payable in 5 yrs... ang monthly ko daw 20,500...

    parang bogus yata yan sir.. kung P 20,500 for 60 months with a 300k dp.. parang 15% pa lang ang interest for 5 years.. walang bangkong nagbibigay ng ganun kababa for 5 years

    also, 20% of P 1.350 M is 270K. paano pa chattel mortgage, insurance, lto registration.. on the average, a P 1M mortgage for 5 years is amortized at approx P 21 T / month for 60 months. which means your dp should be P 350T plus chattel and insurance, most likely around P 400T na ang total mo.

    tapos pag nakita mo yung sorento ni boss parakito, three5, and yotib, maghanda ka na sir ng mga 100T pang upgrade ! hehehe
