Just a heads up to those who have a 2014 Sorento and will be renewing their registration for the first time this year. The body number is easy to get to, its underneath the front passenger seat, accessible thru a cut out flap under the carpet. The engine block number is a little harder, its right behind the fanbelt, rightside of the engine near the PS steering fluid cup. Also go to Araneta-P. Tuazon LTO to get a plate verification first (just because you got a B/W plate and sticker doesn't mean its in the LTO computer system). Be prepared to spend 2 days to get the entire registration finished. Good luck,

Hi guys, just bought a pre-owned 2011. Just want to check if medyo mabigat ang steering nya? Magaan kasi yung sa ford fiesta ko eh. Naninibago lang ako. 33psi naman ang mga gulong ko. Meron kayang problem yun or talagang magaan lang talaga ang steering ng firsta. Thanks.

hydraulic power steering pa yang 2011 hindi pa eps yan. had that experience sa 2012 sorento ko. turned out madumi na yung power steering fluid. have the steering system flushed and fill up with new power steering fluid. NOTE: make sure to read the manual on the power steering fluid type. hindi ordinary power steering fluid ang gamit ng kia.
