Magkano ba yung outgoing Sorento? Alam ko more than 2M na yun & so bare compared to this.

Sold out na ata previous gen. Yun iba pinamigay as company car.

Pero how much was it previously? Parang P2.2M noon. So P2.4M is not so bad.

Well, the competitors of the Sorento are the Santa Fe, CX9, Explorer, and Ascent. Only Sorento and Santa Fe are offered with diesel engines. The rest are powered by turbo gas engines and more expensive.

I think mid variant pricing yang 2.3m.
Mas mahal siya compare sa 2.1m mid variant of Santa Fe.
Not sure though if 6 airbags na ba yang 2.3m variant ng Sorento.

New models are really pricier, we all know that. & you cant compare this to PPVs which are economy vehicles.
And its considerably bigger than the Sta Fe

Hindi naman PPV yung Santa Fe.
I considered them as same segment competition.
I didn't consider the outgoing Sorento as competition sa 2019 Santa Fe since malayo sa features and design.
2020 kasi ni launch mid variant ng Santa Fe, so I thought in the range of 2.2-2.3 sana mid variant pricing nito.
Not sure how many features are in the mid variant, so too early to tell if pricy yung 2.3m.
But the 2.6m TOTL is same pricing ng 2020 Santa Fe which is good.
This is a start na din na fewer new model sorrento in the road due to pricing.
