AND since no one has replied to my earlier post, I'm going to ask again: What's the best way to protect the fabric inside the car and the ceiling?

Mschumacher, are you sure that your Carens was acquired 2007 and not 2008? Kasi you just had your 5000km pms, but you probably use this car sparingly. I may be wrong, just wondering.... by the way, to whoever asked about the illuminated power window switches sa rear passengers, mine doesn't illuminate either.

btw, my dealer texted me this morning informing that effective June 1 2008, the LX AT CRDi will increase from 935k to 1.040M! to those still undecided, better close your Carens deals now!

SILICON, i asked that question on the switches before. mine doesn't illuminate too. when i checked the ones at signet, the same thing - no illumination. pero confusing din kasi some have illuminated switches daw.

SALMANILA, i asked that question din dati kina Bigberts. Nothing beats a simple damp towel to wipe off the dirt. there are obviously a lot of products out there. daming choices. siguro the best would be to go to your fav detailer and get details on what products are effective, especially on beige interiors. dali lang kasi kung grey or black.

what i do, and you don't have to take my word for it, is take a new cotton cloth (or towel), wet it with water then remove it. put on dishwashing liquid and work up a lather. then use this to wipe off the dirt. banlawan mo yung cloth and wipe the area again.

tried it on the ceiling when i installed darker tints. nagkaroon ng konting stain sa gilid ng windshield because they had to spray the glass with a water/soap combination. nawalan naman.
