Make sure you use the right grease for the poly bushings. They have a tendency to squeak kasi.

Yes, I did. It was adjusted to level out the car.

As far as the front is concerned, I don't have any problems with diving under hard braking. I don't remember how it was with the stock shocks up front.

I'm planning to change the bushings of our Trooper soon. I believe the SuperPro set costs P12k at RATS.

    cj,
A friend placed OME on his trooper 4x2, after a year of use, he regrets buying them since he finds them too soft. It really rolls on fast corners and bottoms when loaded. He had a pajero w OME, but was all praises on OME in this application.

    OTEP,
Where do you source the different models of KYB? I'm using the "super" model (all black) and find it stiff, how much of a difference is the premium model in terms of ride?

    ARB,
we just changed the shocks of wiretap-md's trooper, same pa rin. nasa valving yan ng shocks. tokico yung brand.
What brand of shocks did you change to from the tokicos? What was the difference in ride and comfort? My Dec2000 trooper came with KYB as the OEM shocks and, just like redhorse, find them quite firm.

    jackaroo,
I get them from MIT-PARTS in Banawe. But if you have the part numbers, I'm sure they can grab one for the Trooper.

Isuzu should ask its trooper buyer to specify its ride comfort condition before releasing the unit, pronounced with a heavy visayan accent.

    [quote="RedHorse"]cj,

Go for RS9000x, then get its in-cab controller. Another brand na may multi setting is Pro-comp, kaya lang, gagapang ka pa rin sa ilalim para baguhin yong setting from soft to firm.

Right now, naka RS900x ako sa front at setting no. 3

Redhorse, magkano inabot yung set up mo?

OT: SOP o MODIRIT ba? he he he

    OTEP,
    Thanks for info.
Have you heard of a shop that specializes in Isuzu parts and may carry KYBs too?
How much of a difference in ride between premium KYB and stock shocks?
