I am vouching for Bilstein based on my experience. My Trooper rides on 22" rims and with Bilsteins on it, it greatly reduces the riding compromise my big rims produce. In addition, my W123 240d uses OEM Bilsteins. A 27 year old car that rides even better than a brand new Japanese car.

Should be around 6.5k each. As for availability, likely not in Masangkay thou I know the distributor here in the Philippines.
Likely not due to quality of our local diesel fuels we have here. In addition, the price (I assume) for this "super commonrail" is uncompetitively high.
