sa May 2008, exactly 4 years na, 80,xxx kms, but nun 75,000 nag pa 80k.kms pms na coz na garahe for around 5 months. I estimate na 65% highway and 35% city driving ang lifetime usage nito.

kung ganun kamahal parts ng MT, mga AT mas malaki kailangan e-prepare na fund.

hindi pa naman matigas, sliding or loss of power etc but for me it kinda feels funny. like pag mag full stop sometimes at bigla depress ng clutch then shift gear, parang hindi fully dis-engaged ang clutch (kahit sagad na apak pedal) may faint sound na hindi maganda. maybe its simpler to describe it as, it reminds me of a jeepney shifting gears.

Since active uli ako mag travel up central and north luzon, gusto ko agapan bago mag breakdown. Unless there is a development or consistent na yun "funny feeling", i will postpone my clutch replacement til May-June 2008 or 88-90,000 kms wc ever comes first.

Excited kasi ako at upod na mga gulong ko. Really plan to upgrade to Bridgestone D694 na 265/70/r16. Kung wala talaga conflicts sa ride turning, braking etc., using the stock rims. But pwede rin same width basta AT.

Pwde rin Michelin or Goodyear bast no more than 6,500 per tire budget.

mayron paba store na pwde bilhan ng genuine isuzu dmax parts at a lower price. then ask for your recomendations for a shop to install the new clutch.

and there was i in the past when we were buying a manual transmission dmax, saying to myself mas mura mag maintain ng MT vs AT.

coming from a ae101 corolla na 8,000 parts and labor ng clutch replacement, this is a shocker.

There are independent stores selling genuine Isuzu parts. You can try Jayson Auto Supply (Tel # 253-6735 / 253-5213) and Walco Motor Sales (Tel # 7110277 / 7110299 / 7121489). ;)

no, but puno naman clutch fluid, not overfilled. (though 4Q 2007 nag annual PMS, dapat recently napalitan at malinis pa fluid nya, but i really can determine it, basta puno clutch fluid ok na sa akin)

thanks for the tip Arb. e pa feel ko sa mekaniko kung ano yun issue ko
but since i might be overreacting sa funny feeling na yun, set aside ko muna issue and keep on observing the clutch matters. thanks.

regarding the above 4x4 demo, may picture sa PDI motoring section today. Is the dmax using the stock HT tires? They look like non-AT tires because of narrow looking grooves.

yes sir, stock H/T tires ginamit nila, evrything is stock s vehicle, tinanggal lang ung rear bumper to increase its departure angle.
