June 25th, 2015 10:14 AM #12out of warranty na yon sasakyan, more than 3 years old na po...kasi kahit ano pa mangyari sa sasakyan mo after warranty period, wala na silang magagawa para palitan yon makina mo, pwera na lang kung may complain sa makina bago pa matapos yon 3 years warranty period or 100000 km or ikaw yon bibili ng spare parts at sila ang magkakabit, kaya yon sa akin, after warranty period ay DIY or sa kakilala na lang na auto shop.

July 15th, 2015 12:09 PM #14yup, under observation ko rin nga kasi as of now, medyo napapansin ko na may usok na uli at medyo maingay yon makina, then sa fuel consumption as i observed, about 6.5 km/L, ginamit ko siya in about 5 days last week,,,hatid sundo ng eskwela, 5 km to school takes about 20 to 30 minutes, moderate to heavy traffic then pabalik takes only about 10 minutes, so 10 km per day...pero if highway with light to moderate traffic( with lot of tricycle sa highway ) ay about 9.5 km/L,( 75 km in 1 hour and 45 minutes
), then nasa 3000 km na yon natakbo since na gumamit ako ng synthetic oil...try to change oil again if reach 5000 km., pinag-iisipan ko na gumamit uli ng ibang oil.

July 18th, 2015 10:06 PM #15I tried using pertua... seems to reduce vibrations. delo gold multigrade. yung exhaust Amoy pertua na rin konte. cguro, eto na young blowby oil passing to the intake and going out of the exhaust.

July 26th, 2015 10:31 PM #17yes sir, tama nga po yon nasabi nyo kasi i was in isuzu batangas yesterday,( bumili ng center cap ) then nakausap ko yon SA, tinanong ko nga sa kanya at nasabi nya na hindi maganda na gumamit ng synthetic oil kung yon sasakyan ay from multigrade, ok lng daw kung sa simula pa lang na iaasemble yon car ay synthetic na yon oil na ginamit...manipis nga daw yon oil kumpara sa multigrade at posibleng mangyari ay leaking in all oil seal, (cylinder head, crankshaft, etc ) and after a few thousand kilometer run, nababawasan yon oil sa tank, then nasabi ko sa kanya na gumamit ako ng TOP 1 synthetic diesel oil, 15W40...semi-synthetic lang daw ito kaya ok na din pero sa umpisa lang maganda yon TOP 1 kasi after 3000 km na natakbo ko with TOP 1 ay medyo mausok na din at lumakas yon fuel consumption, so far nmn ay walang leaking of oil at hindi nmn nagbabawas.

July 27th, 2015 09:48 AM #18excuse me lang po. meron ba egr ang turbo charge na 4ja1? ang alam ko conventional ang fuel system, no ecu ang fuel injection. may obd ll port ba yan? di kaya yung egr na sinasabi nyo ay yang waste gate to control exhaust gas to turbine. just wondering/asking.

EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation), some exhaust gas from combustion chamber ay ibinabalik po uli inside combustion chamber thru EGR valve controlled with EGR Electric Vacuum Regulator to Intake manifold, then yon po ibang exhaust gas ay diretso na sa turbine ng turbo palabas papuntang tambutso, ibig ko pong sabihin na yon "some" exhaust gas na galing combustion chamber na bago pa pumasok sa Turbo ay bumabalik uli sa Intake manifold via EGR valve na humahalo uli sa fresh mix of air and fuel papuntang combustion chamber, then yon pong trabaho ng EGR vacuum regulator ay to keep EGR at open/close position depende po sa RPM/Speed ng sasakyan.
Yon po na sinasabi nyo na waste gate to control exhaust gas to turbine ay ibang set-up, bale yon exhaust gas na dapat ay sa Turbo lahat dadaan ay meron siya na waste gate flap na mag-open upang yon ibang exhaust gas ay mag by-pass na sa Turbine ng turbo diretso na sa Catalytic Converter or Tambutso.
EGR - exhaust gas na bago dumating sa turbine/turbo ay binabalik inside combustion chamber thru EGR valve.
Waste Gate - exhaust gas ay bina-bypass yon turbine/turbo diretso na sa catalytic converter or tambutso.
yan po ang pagkakaalam ko sa EGR at Waste Gate.
