I finally bought the cabin filter (1,800) and cover (400) at Jayson Auto Supply. Grabe traffic sa A. Rivera buti nag commute lang ako.

Ako na lang magkakabit, check ko na lang yung video sa youtube. Kaso lang mga nakikita kong videos puro replacement wala yung magcut pa ng cover kung nakaselyo pa. Anyway, I'll do it this weekend.

The tranny shifts to topgear at 90kph and upon reaching 100kph at 1,800 rpm the torque converter locks up and will cruise to 100kph at 1,500 rpm only.

Ah torque converter pala yun.
Akala ko dati parang may 6th gear.

May napanood ako sa youtube niyan sir,sa dmax sa thailand ata,siya ang nag cut using cutter...parang madali lang diy sir.

Ah torque converter pala yun.
Akala ko dati parang may 6th gear.

If 5 speed automatic parang may 6th gear pag nag lock up and pag 6 speed naman parang may 7th gear pag nag lock up yung torque converter.
It helps save fuel kasi minimized ang loss ng delivery ng power parang naka manual transmission kapag nag activate yung lock up mode.

Easier if you heat yung tip ng blade ng cutter with a torch or candle para less effort pag cut.

Nakabit ko na rin finally yung cabin filter. Pinagpawisan din ako sa pagcut nung sealed cover.

Question lang, tuwing kelan papalitan yung cabin filter?
