Grabe ka hosepower, dapat pala car racer pinasok mo so you can go even over 300 hahahaha. Ako max ko sa Sorento ko 170 lang though the engine can still go more dahil rev niya nag lalaro between 3400-3500 pa lang, katakot na kasi.

    ako rin, dati.
halos lahat naman ganyan sa Hyundai, but things do change ika nga, di ba? i dont blame you if you had bad experience with this brand, but look now. the bottomline is that they changed for the better, their technology are getting better and their cars are now winning awards in US and Europe. unlike toyota and mitsu, specially, who are loosing credibility coz some of their products.

btw, the Veracruz V6 CRDI Engine is not a so-so as you've said. kelan ka pa ba nakakita ng V6 Diesel Engine?

horsepower, i dont really think that this Veracruz could hit 250kph. masyado na siyang unstable at malakas drag niya even at 180-200kph sa laki niya. i think that 240hp would'nt translate to speed, but additional torque you need to accelerate.

even the 280hp STI or Evo AFAIK maximum is only 250-260kph.

First impression last, and this is one mistake car makers did in the past which have them pay the price at present. I do not see a lot of Hyundai Santa Fe's on the road, but I know Manny Pacquiao has one out of his collections. On the other hand Japanese cars are abundant in Manila and any corners of the world, and probably due to its reliability even though these are'nt as fancy as Hyundai makes.

Too bad, based on reviews I think Ford is going into that direction where Hyindai and Kia were in before.:branch:

again there's always room for improvement. these koreans learned from their mistakes in the past that's why the have improved "a lot".
and based on my research in Europe and US, they are more reliable now than most Japanese cars.
ganyan din ako dati and i know many people are still , but wake up man.....reality bites. tapos na ako sa stage na yan, FYI. why not testdrive a Santa Fe or even a Tucson? im sure kahit mahirap tanggapin, maiimpress ka. di ko non matanggap na mas maganda ride ng Santa Fe sa Fortuner.
so kahit may problems and D4D engine ng Toyota eh ayus pa syo? where's that reliability that your saying now?
i could still say reliable Toyota at Honda, but Mitsu and others medyo pababa na.

we'll be more happy not to see many Santa Fe on the road, at least may feeling ng exclusivity
