I brought the car again to the casa this morning and the SA had witnessed the remaining moisture left on the headlight. I was advised that they will resolve this nagging problem as they are also being "hammered" by HARI. May mga kunting kinks lang at magawaan din ito nang remedyo -I was promised. I brought this issue here so that potential buyers can have a bird's eye view pertaining to "support" issues after they have decided to buy a Santa Fe. Initially I was apprehensive about it when nothing had been done and now I was convinced that HARI is also concerned about my case. Kahapon they had called the SA to follow up on the problem of my lights. Aftermarket support is what was always bothering me and n
ow that all changed when they carried out the necessary works.

And don't tell me that the Fort or Ford is better in this particular scenario because a few days back, I managed to talk -at a parking space - the owner of a month old Fortuner with a similar headlight problem like mine -moisture buildup. Other than that I would say the SF still gains the upper hand in my selection.

2 days ago, i went to Hyundai Sucat to get my Ebony Black 4x4 2.2 CRDi.

This is my 2nd SUV, and to tell you honestly....... superb...wala akong masabi. Parang hindi deisel, sobrang tahimik and the power...impressive.

I'm really enjoying it, every second and every minute...

The people here are free to see my other posts. Back read - I provided photos of my SF, the affected parts and I provided names and numbers everyone here can call, send SMS and check if my posts sound bogus. It just so happen na taga Cebu ako at hindi ito demo job. As I've said earlier, the objective was to help educate potential of SF tungkol sa aftermarket support ng HYUNDAI. What they can probably expect kung bibili sila ng SF. And if you read back more, you will see that never an instance did I bash the reputation of the SF. One thing good with us Cebuanos is that we know what is happening in our backyard here in Cebu and we also know what is happening in Manila including the weather. You have online access and you can probably check the local weather here in Cebu during the past weeks. Tumira ako ng Manila for several years and we differ during yearends and the onset of a new year dahil sa Cebu maulan while Manila is cool dry. Maitanung ko lang... May SF ka ba o you are from HYUNDAI sales? Keep up the good works guys. Sensya na po kung naka abala sa yo.
