And talking about procedure, they deviced it that way so that things would be orderly and smooth. Procedures are supposed to make things go faster and in a very efficient manner. You make shortcuts(like talking to HARI directly) make things go haywire and clearly breaking the rules of procedures as what you say -SOP. This is how professionalism was meant to be kung meron man sila nu'n.

    I would still sustain that when my dealer explicitly told me they already have done the procedurals from their side and no approval yet from HARI, I am more inclined to believe my dealer and that HARI is just sitting on my warranty claim for more than a month now. So the big question is sino kaya ngayon ang inefficient sa dalawa?
    Mga Sirs pasensya na po pero medyo OT. Yung VC ko po wala naman ganitong naging problema.... Everything naman is working just fine...
