The DTI mediation was set at 8:30 am today, I leave home(Baliwag) at 6:30am although I miscalculated the traffic now in Manila since I am now based in Bulacan...so, I called DTI Office to tell the mediator Mr. Joel to give me an allowance since I am currently stuck at the traffic, but I am certainly ON MY WAY. I arrived at 9:30am, but the mediator told me that they(HARI and HNE) left 15 minutes ago. I asked the mediator if he got the message that I am arriving late so please spare some time to wait for me, he said No, but the secretary told me she already texted him as early as 8:30am and probably disregarded the message. My next question remained unanswered, "why did he let them leave?" ...now, they do not want to go back because they said, there is no parking space, and Rudy said that they were already far. Due to this unfortunate circumstances, DTI just re-scheduled the mediation on wednesday, Sept. 4, 2:30pm (afternoon as I requested).

I think Hyundai is now working on this matter using their resources...I mean, mukhang gumagamit na sila ng padulas just to intentionally schedule the mediation as early as 8:30 because they knew that I will be coming from the province. Plus, the message that I will be late really reached the mediator but purposely ignored it. Clearly a delaying tactic for me.

If Hyundai is thinking that they were giving me hassles just to stop my complaint, then they're only putting oil to the flame. We've been bothered by this problem ever since, no damage na para sa akin kahit ulit ulitin pa nila ang pandedelay, sooner or later mare-realize din nila na sila rin ang naaabala sa ginagawa nila.

E, bakit late ka dumating? Ako lagi 8:30am ang schedule ng appointment ko sa Iba Zambales. I live in quezon city. That's a distance of 200 km. Sarado pa ang office andun na ako. Umaalis ako dito sa qc 4:30am, i arrive 7am, a good 1+ hour ahead of schedule, way before the traffic even starts. May time pa ako kumain ng breakfast pag dating ko.

e parang hindi ka naman interesado kung sa tagal ng pagrereklamo mo dito sa forum e male-late ka sa mediation sa dti. Lapit lang ng bulacan.

Sir yebo relaks ka lang hahaha. Ako rin medyo naiinis kay TS kase na late siya. Kumbaga eto na ang tamang oras sana para bumwelta sya sa HARI. Kung pupunta ka ng gyera, dapat handa ka sa tamang oras. Sayang ang pagkakataon na magkaharap kayo kanina. Pero syempre, kampi tayo kay TS

mga sir, alam ko mali ko yon, dahil hindi ko na-anticipate ang traffic ng Manila dahil bukod sa bihira naman akong lumuwas, dito na ako sa Bulacan nakatira, akala ko maaga na ko ng 6:30am, kaya nga po ako tumawag before 8:30 to ask for consideration dahil on my way na ako. Stuck ako from GMA7 up to Megamall.

anyway, kampi kami sa iyo. Sana lang e don't waste your chance naman by being late. Alam mo naman, kahit sa school pag late ka ibabagsak ka ng teacher mo. DTI na yan, real world na yan. Helo!
