What is your ECU code? It is written on a sticker on the ECU, mounted along side the the air filter box in your engine bay. There's 2 big wiring harness connectors mounted to it.

Code is like:
37805-5AG-XXX

Not all ecu is flashable, better to check first before you buy FP.

Hi guys! Just want to share my frustrations here on Honda Greenhills...

My car got released last Dec9 Friday. OR/CR is supposed to be released before Dec22, right in time for xmas getaway. But until now I still don't have it. Naglaho na parang bula un SA na kausap ko. Pinafollowup ko n dn sa Customer Service nila pro wla p dn. My golly, sira buong xmas break plans ko!! And to think of it na holiday na naman sa government sa Jan2 so Jan3 pa earliest na release nun. Ilan araw na lang eh 1month checkup n nde ko man lng nagamit ng maayos!

Grabeh what a nightmare doing business with that dealership!

Do you think it's still possible to cancel the PO from the bank? Balak ko ng isoli tong unit. Sobrang frustrated tlg ko sa kanila!!

Nope, you took delivery na. On the other side of the scenario... will you as a customer also willingly receive a car that has already been taken home before returned?

Don't worry about it nalang... You think another dealer can give you a car AND the orcr in your/your bank's name before this dealer can? Pahirapan din ngayon mga unit hehe.

Honda Greenhills and Honda Caloocan same lang may ari. My car was delivered Nov 24 and I received my OR/CR a week after. Yung PO ng bank hindi na maisauli. The only thing you can do now is to make a follow up na lang. May mga SA talagang ganyan,pero at least sana sa customer service matulungan ka.

If I'm not mistaken, same yung may-ari nyang Honda Greenhills at Honda Kalookan where I got my unit. Their after-sales service sucks talaga! I had to message my SA everyday para lang makahinge ng update dun sa OR/CR namin pero buti naman at nakuha ko yung softcopy after 3 weeks. I also had supposedly free tints from the dealership pero ang hirap mag-follow up dun sa SA. Sasabihing ise-schedule ka pero when I follow up di naman makapag bigay ng specific schedule. Puro palusot. So I had to pay to have my tint done outside the dealership na lang kasi umiinit lang ulo ko pag makikipag-usap sa SA.

Super kulitin mo lang SA mo para sa OR/CR. Good luck!
