It will be launched in Japan first this September before South East Asia.... and most likely Thailand first, before Philippines.

The engines used are the 1.3 (99 hp), 1.5 (130 hp) and 1.5 hybrid (Atkinson cycle, +30 118 hp) new family of "Earth Dreams", which debuted in kei cars N and N-One-Box. Promise low fuel consumption - 28 km / l in 1.3, 23 km / l in 1.5 (22 km / l on RS version) and 36 km / l in the hybrid, the number that the new Fit will stay on top of the list of cars more economical in Japan, however, are data catalog, optimistic as always.

For gasoline models, transmissions offered are the CVT and manual 5:06 gears (this only in the Fit RS). The hybrid version gets a iDCT (dual clutch) 7-speed - Compact primacy in Japanese (and the selector switch of gears is different from the others, following the same pattern of hybrids from Toyota). All models have four-wheel drive option (except RS).

Among the facilities offered by the new Fit, the highlights for the automatic activation of the brakes in case of obstacle front and headlights with LED type lamps. It will be the first of its kind to offer systems. The expected prices of the new Honda range from 1,300,000 yen or 29,400 reais (1.3 L) to 1,750,000 yen or 39,600 reais (1.5 RS). The hybrid will cost from 1.69 million yen (38,240 dollars).
