Out of all cars we've had, the CRV has the best seats for me. Wide seats with good bolstering and perforated leather means that it's comfy with good support and isn't tiring to be in even on long drives.

Used to be irritated with some rattle at the back of my suv. Turns out it was the bottle of distilled water that I placed Sa cargo area. Securing it with some linen did the trick.
I usually empty the car naman when I look for the source of rattles and squeaks. Sidings aside, I'm sure the rattle isn't from the inside. So either the engine bay or the suspension/brakes. But nothing seems loose when I checked.

You should try the seats on the new Nissans bro. Doesn't work for some body types but I think I've been spoiled by those zero gravity seats.

The CR-V's seats are actually quite good, just not as plush. I rank them a little higher than the GS's captain seats.

That's what I thought bro, you might be comparing to Nissan's zero-g seats. I've tried driving the current 7-cheater X-Trail although only for a short distance in the province so I can't comment on the long-distance comfort of the seats.

This reviewer also thinks the CRV has great seats, but I wonder if he's tried the X-Trail's for comparison:

But my favorite part about the CR-V is the seats. Simply put, they are the best seats you can get for the money. They’re wide but supportive, wrapped in plush leather, and perforated so they breathe very well in our tropical climate. You can spend long hours in them and never need to stretch, the thigh support is perfect for all but the extra-long legs (over six feet), and you risk the possibility of nodding off in them because they just might be too comfortable for your own good.

Those zero gravity seats on the Xtrail feels really comfortable. It’s one of the best things I have observed with the Xtrail when we were shopping for a CUV two years ago.

I think if Honda also used memory foam for their seats I'd like it better than the X-trail's.

The CR-V's ride quality on bad roads is a big step over the X-trail's though. And while the X-trail's steering feels a lot more secure at speed, the CR-V feels a lot more composed in the corners.

So for good fast roads I prefer the X-trail, and for everything else I prefer the CR-V.

Agree. For me the seats are great for long drives. But the seat cushion is a bit short, so taller people will find thigh support lacking. Some also find the lumbar support lacking so I guess seats are not a one size fits all thing.
