And as I've said on my previous post minsan parang hirap umarangkada with Shell VPD that's why i will try other fuel like PTD.
My driving style that time was calm and relaxed driving since there is no chance to floor the pedal given the situation. Just imagine rush hour traffic along Gil Puyat Ave. then 32nd street in BGC and then C5. The Econ mode was also turned on.

When driving from a stop po ba? Hindi kaya yan yung brake hold function(delay mag disengage) niya?

    Just putting these here:

    1. I use shell fuel save diesel. My mileage is now 3.2k km.
    2. I average around 12 km/l on the diesel. Mixed driving but mostly city. Best record is 19.4 km/l. That's from san Fernando, La Union to Sucat, Paranaque.
    3. I don't use the econ button that much. I have the impression that it consumes more. Maybe it's just me. I also don't like the reduced power.
    4. I don't notice the jerking from stop. Will observe it.
    5. The thing that annoys me is the sudden stop by the brake hold function when the car is slow and half pressing the brake . Maybe it's my fault because of my half press on the brake. I have that habit on AT cars, half pressing the brake during slow traffic.
    6. Power seems sufficient to me. Not rough power but smooth and efficient. I overtake when annoyed by slow cars in front of me on the expressway. You can't race with it.
    7. Never had an issue with the push button transmission. If I want to go forward, press D. Backwards, R. Park, P. I don't use the N button that much. I leave the car on D on heavy traffic with the brake hold on. The consumption is the same with the gear on D.
    8. From what I saw on one of thai CR-V videos, the push button is designed to be fool proof. Though I haven't tried to shift from D while moving. I saw some videos of other cars, shifting to R while moving forward. It seems the car manufacturers already placed fail safes on these type of stuff.
    9. Google maps on android auto has a better GPS lock over waze on android auto. Waze on android auto gets lost sometimes.
    10. Buggy android auto media player. I have podcast addict and plex apps on my android phone. Sometimes they don't play well.
    11. If you play a song with the ok google app, the plex app will not work after the song is finished. Maybe it's because of plex.
    12. Auto head light seems to affect waze on android auto. It pauses the music playing on the background. It doesn't affect google maps on android auto.

Nung test drive din, like I mentioned in my original post, malayo ang feeling pag finloor mo yung gas pedal compared sa 2007 Ford Ranger ko. Maybe turning off the econ mode will help? Kase I'm the kind of driver na relax but want the power and speed pag needed. baka iregret ko lang pinili ko diesel vs the gas variant with the features i like. Ang hirap talaga mag decide pag ganitong prices na ang pinaguusapan. Medyo hinahabol ko pa man din yung excise tax.

Additional info found for Mazda istop problems.

I like to drive fast(but not reckless) kasi bro kaya medyo mataas average fuel consumption ko, pero 9-10km/L is good na din with the way i driveang cx5 i think 8km/L lang, tops. With regards naman sa hatak I'll give you feedback pag nag change na ko ng fuel, from VPD to PTD baka kasi dahil lang sya sa fuel. Ung kapitbahay din kasi namin VPD gamit nya dati sa Hi Ace nya and ganon din minsan pakiramdam nya parang mahina daw humatak.

Starting to see a lot of new CRV's on the road lately especially on provinces (maybe not so strict with the OR/CR rule). Gorgeous especially with the lights on.

Sayang naman ang pagkafuel-efficient ng CRV niyo sir. For the CX5, ang tataas ng fuel efficiency sa mga nababasa ko sa cx 5 forums. as in parang 9 km/L pinakamababa claims. most are between 10-12 din. don't know how true or what type of method they used to track.

Good to hear from Sir Kinto about his experience. Was surprised to see na 2 digits pa din mileage per L even with Econ mode OFF. Fuelsave lang din balak ko ilalagay.

Will share my experiences when I get our own before EOM.

    30 PSI should be enough.

I also notice that feel whenever I engage the brake hold. I don't use it anymore, huh!
