November 27th, 2017 11:46 AM #1711Maghonda nalang kayo sir. Yung santafe ng lolo ko after 5-6 years sabay sabay lumabas sakit nya na 150k agad sya (and counting).

From park you can go directly to D, if going forward. No need to traverse, R and N.
Though may time na i want to go forward pero biglang mag engage. Pero from stop or slow naman yun.
Siya nag move ng car from car wash area to coating area.

pero I dont really say this often kasi nga baka itaas ang parts ng Hyundai sa Banawe/Pasay. would you beleive I only spend like P2800 per year PMS with my 2nd gen SF? I replaced my entire suspension system except shocks at less than 10K. I did that with my old crv, umabot ako ng 25K. ganyan kamahal ang Honda Parts even sa Banawe. there are as many Korean parallel importers here as well as Japanese parallel importers.
pero hinde bang for the buck ang current SF ngaun at the price 1.7M minus 100K+ discount, ni hindi leather yan at i-replace na yan model na yan. if you have 1.6M to spend, better go PPV or CRV.

November 27th, 2017 04:06 PM #1717You should read the manual.
For other brands' (I know of Brand T's procedure), you hold the FOB (not the metal key) close to/touching the start button, where it will allow you to start the car.
For that brand, I can confirm it works (try removing the battery on your FOB to simulate).
The metal key is used only to open the door.

November 27th, 2017 04:14 PM #1718Hmmm... Sa akin regularly maintained ang tucson ko. Regular nga nila pinapalitan ang brake pads every PMS. [emoji48]
If you want to get intimate with your car, get a hyundai. You'll get to know the parts kasi kelangan mo silang palitan every now and then. Parts that you didn't know even existed. For the parts na dapat tumagal, don't expect na tatagal yan sa hyundai. Rotor disc palit within a year?

get the santa fe. the 2.2 r evgt engine is proven na here and abroad. check mo mga review regarding that engine. lahat ng car ko korean no problem so far. after one year personal maintenance nalang from may mechanics. OEM parts vs japanese parts mas mura.
try mo mag canvass ng mga parts labas yung mga wear and tear parts and consumable parts outside casa. mas cheap ang Original korean parts.
