Sa pagkakaalam ko magka-group or team kasi yang mga shops na yan (Xenon/Hummer Phils., Concep One, SpeedLab, Atoy, etc.). And they display each one's products in each of their respective shops. So kung may mag inquire about a certain product, they will refer him/her to the store which carries that particular product.

that's the point. they are a group otherwise known as the car mafia here. they should be able to answer simple queries about their products. even if they don't have stocks on hand for the other products, they should have a basic list of car compatibility or a basic info guide. the guy should have done a very simple task of calling speedlab just to lend a helping hand to a customer.

Anyway, I'm not saying that their products aren't good. Just hope that they improve on customer service to prevent people from ranting. Yeah they are BIG in the industry but they should always remember that its customers that made them that way. Wag sana bumaliktad ang mundo nila at mapunta sila sa ilalim ng gulong ng palad..
