Street execution is not justice. A suspect is called a suspect because we aren't sure they're guilty, yet. Once we know for sure, go ahead and decide whether the crime warrants death or not, but until then, we must be careful.

Hindi na ata suspect, na ID na siya ng complainant na nag wala ng nakita yung suspect. Less one BG sa street.

Thing is...even media are encouraging this kind of agaw-baril justice of the PNP.
Pero...pag media na ang biktima...they'll raise all sorts of hell.

June 17th, 2016 04:04 PM #37IDEALLY, we like to have trial for this man. In developed countries, this would probably take two weeks of trial (just a guess).
But in our country, it will probably take two years just for the preliminary investigation to finish. So I am not surprised many people doesnt mind this kind of "justice".
