Too many PASAWAY motorcycle RIDERS on the street

I recall a motorcycle accident with an SUV near our house sometime back. The MC and its back rider were both wearing helmets, but they didn't use the chin straps to secure it to their heads. As a result, tumilapon din yung helmet nila nung nahulog sila sa bike, and nabagok yung ulo ng back rider sa kalsada. Parang wala ka ring helmet na suot if you don't wear it properly kasi nakapatong lang sa ulo mo na parang baseball cap.

Wala namang namatay, awa ng Dios.

as a motorcycle rider myself... biggest issue I have against most riders (and passengers) is the wrong size helmets they are using.

I have cheeks (something most helmets didn't account for since few white guys have them) so a properly sized helmet for me will take a long time to break-in... most guys I know will just buy a bigger size

then there's the ride-hail bikes which use 1 helmet for all their customers

kaya I always tell my colleagues who use Angkas and Move-it... buy you own helmet. it doesn't need to be the expensive one, pero at least its your proper size
