Madami kasing "professional squatter" agawan kasi yan sa lot area at palakasan so ung iba magtatayo tapos paparentahan.. un iba dyan malaki pa monthly income kesa sa mga nagtratrabaho sa makati..

Not to mention na may cut mga locally elected government officials from these professional squatters, kaya they propagate and prosper. Kita na kay Mayor at Barangay Captain, nagagamit pa sa boto during elections.

Eh ano pa? Nag-increase ng real property tax sa mga lehitimong naninirahan sa QC para daw bigyan ng pabahay ang mga squatter.

Nakikita ko yan when i go to the Far-view area (sarap nga mag Italian tune-up sa stretch na yan pag nauna ka sa stoplight). Dapat habang magaan pa traffic, gawan na ng paraan ng condo corp/association at barangay para hindi masanay ang mga walang parking.

Since these squatters have cars, electrical appliances and many other modern amenities and conveniences in their "humble" abodes and since they live so close to the BIR, the rabid Kim Henares should do a lifestyle check on these. The BIR is most likely losing a lot in unpaid taxes since these guys probably don't even have a TIN but can afford so much. Or is she playing blind and only running after the cases which she can sensationalise in favour of the current Government?
