this maybe a little O.T., pero merong mga public utility vehicles or even company vehicles with messages at the back or sides that says "hows my driving? please text or call..." yung iba eh LTFRB hotlines pero yung iba plain cell nos. lang, may action ba pag nagtext ka? just wonderin...
