    They already arrested the suspect but no media outlet has released the name, nationality and background, except for the PNP memo that's going around in social media. ... something tells me that there is a out of court settlement in the works and money will change hands.

    I think so if the suspect is the car owner (rich) and the victim is a driver (poor)

    As a responsible gun owner, all I have to say is that there are a lot of people out there who shouldn't be allowed to possess and own firearms in the first place. A lot of individuals are merely children living in an adult's body.
