***
Sana may platform and LTO where we can upload videos of road rage incidents na makita natin. Then sila na bahala tumawag sa concerned parties for the necessary fines/penalties.
If the other party doesn't have a plate (bike/e-bike) - they can call the owner of the video para mag-testify against the other driver.
Feeling ko kasi, kung di pa maging viral ang post, walang mangyayari.

Road rage is as old as the automobile, if not older.
Growing up in the 70's and 80's, I remember my dad shout obscenities at other drivers (mostly PUVs) for cutting him or stopping in the middle of the road to pick-up or drop-off passengers. Thank God there were no cameras back then. He's significantly mellowed-down now in his late-70's.
All that to say, it's because of the abundance of phone cameras, dashcams, CCTV, etc., together with platforms on social media, that we're finding out more about these things.

Here is a true to life, first person testimony to road rage. I was at the office of this high NBI official waiting for a meeting. He arrives with a taxi driver in tow and in his office, he slaps this driver and berates him for almost hitting his car and reckless driving. Kawawang taxi driver. Drive could not do anything. He then told the agents in his office to escort the driver back to the parking lot. This happened in the 90s pa.
This official already died some years back but I can never forget that encounter. I can still vividly remember it as if it happened yesterday lang.

oh wow. It's this guy's 2nd time to be viral because of road rage.
One time makaka tiempo yan ng may baril and he will be dead. If I saw someone go back to his vehicle and reach out for something I'd probably shoot if I had a gun (and this is why I CANNOT own a gun)
Also, totoo na mas rage filled mga kalbo? There's a study which links baldness with high testosterone which also means hyper masculinity/aggression
