pero di ko alam kung maiinis ako sa car wash boy or intindihin ko na lang na kailangan nya ng trabaho.

According to Rep. Cendaña, individuals who stand or loiter in parking lots can be subjected to up to PHP 10,000 in penalty, with the possibility of driver’s license revocation for repeat offenders.

parking establishments are mandated to implement parking rules and display the penalties in accordance with HB 11076, if it becomes a law. Failure by the parking establishment to display such can result in a fine of up to PHP 50,000.

That shows how irresponsible some Filipinos are. Do we really need a law for something trivial like this? Di ba pwedeng may signage na lang na "First come, First-served basis" ang lahat na parking slot?

this implies that "reserved for (the owner and costumers of the shop)..." signage along public roads, shall also not be permitted.

Looked up the text of the bill. It specifically says "No person shall occupy a parking space" (emphasis mine) so I guess lusot pa yung cones and signs.

Thanks for sharing. Yes, it says no person shall physically occupy so cones and signs (which assumes the one placing the cones and signs had the authority to do so (e.g., they own the slot) are not covered. But do we really need this? Isn't this common sense?
