once na nakapagreklamo ka na, lets just wait for the proper authorities to act. we could point them to this site, if ever. i think that would be a good solution. sa tingin ko kasi walang mangyayari kung puro pagrereklamo na lang ang gagawin natin dito sa thread na ito - walang patutunguhan. gaya nga ng sabi ko, iinit lang ang dugo nyo at hindi ka magiging masaya.
