had a run-in also with a new adventure last nov 2017. I came from baguio and reached balintawak in crawl mode for almost an hour southbound. when the road opened and most of us gave our cars arangkada, this advie from the right just explosively cut in without any sort of signal and I almost hit him. Binusinahan ko sya non stop. nung tumigil ulit sa traffic light at nag side by side kami, e parang wala lang sa kanya. hinayaan ko lang syempre. you dont know who's driving whatever their car is and that you don't know if they are also loaded. so keeping cool is still the best practice to reach your destination safely and for sure you will live another day.. or else ani nga ni FPJ "hindi ka na sisikatan ng araw"!

I never had road rage when I commuted over there. I don't mind dirty and muddy streets or waiting in the rain or the smell of trash. Those wash away when I take a shower.

But, driving and putting up with frustration day in and day out? It builds up with no relief in sight. Unfortunately, it takes its toll both physically and mentally. I watched my dad drive on Philippine streets. He was a gentle guy. Driving there was the only time he ever cussed and got angry.

I agree 100%. And I think kamote lady drivers are worse than male ones. Feeling kasi nila hindi sila papatulan. It happened to me several times, aggressive lady drivers WITHOUT provocation. I have extremely dark tint so they probably assume that I am a guy. If I were a teenager, papatulan ko talaga mga yan. But now that I am older and very careful about being caught on video, I just let these btches and jerks have their way on the road.

Looks like texting/calling while driving is an international phenomenon. Saw it in the US, Japan and Malaysia.
