June 26th, 2010 05:02 AM #594well it depends on the mood of the bodyguard. pero most probably if finger and murahin mo lang they will ignore you kasi hindi naman threat sa Vip na pinoprotectahan nila. pero kung makikipag gitgitan ko or icut mo sila ayun expect the worst. pwede ka nila paputukan agad or hangarin ka ng Back-up car at im sure you know what will happen. pero symepre they will base on your actions din. kaya best thing to do give way and dont be pissed. FYI hindi ito only in the philippines.

+1 to this, dami ko na nakausap na body guard most of them are active cops, they all said the same thing. pag cinut mo back up/vip car nila pwede ka talaga nila putukan SOP nila yon. so pag may nakasabay ako nag wang wang tabi na lang ako pag maluwag naman ang daan pero pag hindi bahala sila, they can find another way. but i don't purposely block them, pag talagang di na ko makakatabi lang.
i don't really care about wangwang, as long as they use it properly. hindi tulad nung ibang may wangwang na wang wang lang ng wang wang kahit wala naman escort or yung mga nag papa-pansin lang, yon i purposely block them. kahit ako gusto ko mag kabit ng wangwang dahil mga PUV satin di nakakarinig ng busina wangwang lang ang naririnig.lalo na bus sa edsa nakakatakot katabi.

June 29th, 2010 09:37 AM #596The pd 96 law was implemented during the martial law days. DND order nr 8. Declaring use of car tint on any vehicles except granted by or officialy used by the government.
Balik tayo sa pd 96. “1. That it shall be unlawful for the owner or possessor of any motor vehicle to use or attach to his vehicle any siren, bell, horn, whistle, or other similar gadgets that produce exceptionally loud or startling sound, including domelights, blinkers and other similar signalling or flashing devices.” It includes fog lights.
Why not regulate or ban the selling of such. And who would be authorised? Only the following would be as per the supplemental law sa protocol plates (eo 400)
Plate nr 1 - -obvious kasi ito ang presidente.
2. vice president
3. senate president
4. speaker of the house.
5. Chief justice of the supreme court
10. Presiding Justice/Other Justices of the Court of Appeals/Solicitor General
11.Chairman of the Commission on Elections
14. Chief of Staff, AFP/Chief, PNP
16. rtc judges.
Even numbers 7,(senator) at 8 na congress ay hindi kasama kasi hindi sila lahat key position.which brings the issue. Mayor, senator, conressman, pati nga bgy officials meron wang wang eh.
Doctor (surgeon hindi kasama ang e.e.n.t and dentist ). not even the diplomat should be having dome lights or lightbar. Paano gagawin natin sa saudi at u.s embassy?
Heto ngayon we are not under martial law anymore. More so. During those days.walang katrapikan kasi konti lang may kotse kaya’t no need talaga para sa mga yan. Today may cellphone na.may skyway na.masikip na edsa. in short and simple.changing times.kasama katrapikan. Importante na yan sa emergency.outdated na an batas na ito plain and simple. How many vehicles now adays come up with fog lamps and halogen bulbs? Remember. Mere instalations of such device bawal na.no need to use it kasi bawal nga magkaroon.
Then marami na ngayon NGO na tumutulong sa tao in distress. Red cross. Volunteer fire briades.etc. How would it be for firefighters and medical teams on their way to an emergency using private vehicles?
Only LTO can give the authority . pnp,afp and nbi can only issue memorandum reciept that would make it a government property ang wangwang at blinker. It would still be acosted and confiscated and later turned over to the department head of the apprehended driver/owner. Hindi exemption ang m.r.
Siguro ang dapat gawin dito. I-regulate. Bawalan mga tindahan magbenta. Then yung mga authorised dito magkaroon ng sticker na parang conduction sticker so alam ng lahat may permit siya para pag mali ang gamit, madaling i-report at may penalty sila.
Or. .wag nalang pansinin kasi ma-high blood lang tayo. Road rage. Etc.
peace bro's
