docmarck -- keep up the good work
as for those we reported, puede ninyo ilagay sa database. there is a way to query them without violating any laws. just follow the same procedure when a citizen reports a crime or an offense. all you have to do is investigate, not accuse

October 3rd, 2005 12:52 PM #247Docmarck, first of all thanks so much for this effort in freeing our streets from abusive siren users. You mentioned that the authorities are having problems apprehending suspects whose license plates have been reported. Can't the reports be treated as possible criminal complaints and thus used as a reason to inspect the vehicle for illegal devices? If not, what would be a legal means to inspect a vehicle suspected of having a siren or blinker installed>
