Even owner type Jeep owned by Police, scoter, and Motorcycle are included; task force PD 96 will apprehend them.

But there are some exemption to the rule those Protocol Plate (1, 2, 8, 9 etc.) are exempted because of treat to their life.

All private plates (White Plates) are included.

In regards with fine…. There is new Presidential Decree issued by Former president Estrada. (We will Secure the copy from DILG) The apprehending officer will not return their siren and blinker unless they can able to show permits from LTO, that they are authorized to use.

Guys, I’m hoping that you will take this seriously because we are going to write letter to TMG and include the plate no.

May kakilala ako na may wang wang at blinker. Ang problema hindi ko alam ang tunay na plaka dahil pinalitan din ang plaka ng pekeng "8". Cgurado akong hindi naman congressman dahil american citizen. Paano ko irereport yan? Puede bang isama na dyan yung mga pekeng "8", "6" at iba pang kulang sa pansin na mga plaka?

i just saw this afternoon around 2pm, a silver vios 1.3E model..black tint all around with blinkers and wang wang..made an illegal turn on a red light from españa to lacson ave. pero paano yan, mayroon siyang glass na plate protector and kulay black pa yun so i didnt get to see the plate number...

jokz.. Meron na bang updated copy nung decree? papost at nang maipakita(mapamukha) ko dun sa kakilala ko na vios may wangwang at blinker at rotary ek ek pa ang plaka... wish ko lang matauhan.. :-p
