Alam mo dito sa lugar namin kasi kelangan yan, matitigas ang ulo ng mga jeepney drivers, vendors, sidecar, kariton boys, etc..

I ask you this one question and answer me straight honestly...

Can you drive for a stretch of around 100m road wherein it will take you TWO HOURS TO DRIVE??? this is due to those i mentioned above... Can you do that evryday???

since its your choice to live in such an area then live with it. otherwise lumipat ka. if for some reason hindi ka makalipat, then live with it but in doing so, dont violate any laws, special, statutory or otherwise. so to reiterate, if i were in that area, I WILL LIVE WITH IT OR DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT LEGALLY! putting a wang wang is not an option. personally, i will feel silly kasi malalaman din ng mga tao doon na hindi legitimate wang wang yan or authorized wang wang under the law.

there are other ways to address your problem on the ridiculous 100M road that takes 2 hours to drive. you can use legal or extra legal means.

by legal you can coordinate with your local barangay or local government and make a petition. i am sure hindi lang ikaw ang na perwisyo dyan.

for extra legal, well i watch tv patrol and the citizen patrol portion seems to work. so, why not be a citizen patrol and complain publicly. problema lang, with a lot of the other heavier problems of our society, i am not sure if your complaint will be given priority

in closing, the issue is the wang wang. ako nga in one car shop i went to sinabi sa akin "sir, kulang nalang sa sasakyan mo wang wang" ang reply ko sa tao na yun ay not printable but suffice to say i gave him a piece of my mind about wang wangs and those who put such things in their units

and, further, hindi sa nagyayabang ako but i can really get a wang wang legitimately but i choose not to.

and to add, are you now saying that there are exceptions to wang wang use, like in your case?

funny, hindi ko ata nakita o nabasa yang exception na yan sa PD 76 or sa AO 122

while i understand the frustration you feel with these road obstructions, i also cannot sympathize with unauthorized wang wang users
