But if you're one of the unlucky ones na tatagain ka na nga, pangit pa ang trabaho... naku, isusumpa mo talaga sila.
Tulad ng ginawa nila sa 'kin. Sobrang laking perwisyo talaga. I was sorely tempted to say, "Sige na, hinto nyo na lahat nang ginagawa nyo.
To think, I even tipped the guy repairing my aircon P100 everytime I drove my car home.

Sadly, that was not the case.
I dunno if I've posted here before, di ko na mahanap e.
What happened was, I drove my car there to have it checked dahil walang lamig ang aircon. Kasama ng dad ko yung manager o may-ari ng Rapide betterliving noon sa pag-jogging kaya he suggested I try their service.
Yun, pumunta nga ako and I saw na mukhang may class naman na shop yun: aircon ang waiting room, may wifi, may free water/coffee, may mga magazines... they did some diagnostics and told me I had to leave the car to them, tatawagan na lang daw ako.
First day, nag-commute ako. Tumawag sila at sira daw ang compressor. 16k daw ang palit. Usap kami ng dad ko tapos finally that same day we decided na buti na ang sigurado-- brand new naman ilalagay kaya siguradong tatagal. I said, okay palit na. I got my car from them the next day, ang lamig na! Parked my car at home then the next day came and when I turned on my aircon, wala na namang lamig!!
I returned the car to Rapide and had to commute to work again. They again called me up saying may butas daw pala yung hose(?). I was so mad, I said "akala ko ba may laser pa kayo na ginagamit para sa diagnostics nyan?!" They said they were very thorough checking it the first time and they were sure the hose didn't have a hole then. So I had them fix it again and I got the car that afternoon. I was on night duty the same day kaya I drove my car to the hospital and left it there overnight.
Come the next morning, wala na ulit lamig!! I was so furious and I consulted with my dad, (he's a non-practicing lawyer kasi) at galit na galit din sya. I returned the car to Rapide and demanded they return the old compressor. I was just gonna pay for the hoses.
The next day I had to commute again and it so happened that I was involved in a robbery pa. Nakuhanan ako ng 5k at cellphone na top of the line nung time na yun (yung nokia na bilog ang keypad). Malas talaga. Nagkasa ng baril sa FX e, what can you do?
I asked them where it is, dati na daw wala yun.
I said to myself, "hay naku... tapusin na lang natin to." So I left na lang and drove my car to shell lamuan where we usually had our cars serviced. Ayun, after a few days ayos na ang aircon, maliit lang ang binayaran ko at malinis na ulit ang makina.
Sinumpa ko na ang Rapide. I never questioned their suggestions and I was a very good tipper pa nga e. Tapos ganun ang isusukli nila sa kin.
Buti nga sa kanila, nagsara ang shop nila after a few months.
I heard one person at a different shop comment once, "Baka parang Rapide kayo trumabaho ha!" The supervisor said, "Hindi ho, iba ho kami sa kanila."
Teka, mas maganda yata ang what you sow, you reap.
