he should just leave his car where it is and make his way to the facilities inside the building.

a person's response in an emergency can be seeming illogical... but the person's explanation, no matter how far-fetched, can lend reason to it, once it is narrated.
the so-called, "it seemed reasonable at that time."
i have seen it many times.

Ano ba situation? Nakuha na nya order nya and he is blocked in?
