November 9th, 2020 01:29 PM #21Checkpoint this morning Makati-Mandaluyong bridge. Looks like PNP armed with long rifles stopping cars with no plates. Two of them will approach from both sides of the car with rifles half raised.

The chief of the Philippine National Police-Highway Patrol Group (PNP - HPG) on Tuesday said the vehicle involved in the Cavite City shooting incident was allegedly acquired through a new scheme of carnapping.
