TAMA!!!! if JQP didn't post his sentiments here do you think gagawa sila ng investigation? I doubt it, dapat yun ang unang ginawa ng owner nag investigate muna bago sinabi na wala silang kasalan, pero hinde eh nag deny kaagad ng responsibility tapos meron pa investigation, damage control lang ginawa nila,
sino nakasira? sila!
sino dapat magbayad? sila!
hanggan ngayon sa investigation nila wala pa rin silang kasalanan eh....Last edited by shadow; February 14th, 2007 at 12:48 PM.

bottom line is wala silang pakialaman sa mga customer nila.... so sa mga nag dedefend sa AT, ewan ko kung ano nakita niyo...siguro bulag lahat ng nagpost againts them dito sa thread at hinde namin makita in anyway na tama ginawa nila....

wow, hindi pa pala tapos 'to. I've been following this thread from the start. ang masasabi ko lang is kulang lang sa pagpapaliwanag ang AT sa customer. kung ginawa lang nila the way turbo explained, baka maintindihan pa ni jqp at pasasalamatan pa sila (accident waiting to happen). baka wala lang sigurong competent person from AT na mag-analyze sa nangyari the way turbo did. bini-blame nila agad yung alignment specification na para bang di alam ni jqp yung trabaho. lahat naman tayo nagkakamali at wala namang perpekto sa atin. i hope that AT will learn from this mistake.

I hope that Mr. JQP & AT can come up with a compromise regarding this situation.
Maybe a free service that is worth at least half of the cost of a new radius arm to compensate for the misunderstanding that ensued?

do you think JQP would still go there and have his car fix? after what happened?
siguro kahit libre hinde na babalik doon si JQP...
the only thing that AT can do is, pay the amount of the broken part and not offer their services to him or anyone else....in short magsara na sila!!!

Well, the compromise that I have suggested is directed for JQP and AT to answer for THEMSELVES.
That is YOUR suggestion?
So... using the logic from that suggestion... you are NOT allowed to make amends for your mistake? So for example you cheat on your wife / gf - you must kill yourself? If you are the cause of a traffic accident - you are not allowed to drive anymore?
In short... everybody makes mistakes and they CAN make up for it while they are still alive or existing.
Closing down the whole shop just because of this mistake is just not viable. The past complaints about them have been addressed sufficiently and hopefully this complaint will also be.
What is needed here is a VIABLE compromise.

so why don't you just send them PM's? if you need a direct answer from them? don;t post your suggestion here in the open if you don;t want others to comment...
bec your suggestion is impossible, how can you expect someone to go back and have his car fixed again in a shop that had treated him badly and he don;t have a drop of trust anymore..
the close shop thing I said was a sarcastic suggestion...
do you think they will listen to me when I said that they should close their shop?
for the sake of argument I'll answer your questions...
YES! if ever I cheated on my wife then, I'm ought to be killed, being married I don;t have any rights to be with any other woman...period! I hope you know that...
I pity your wife/GF, if you expect her to forgive you after you cheated on her....
and if ever I'm the cause of a traffic accident (God forbid) and hurt a lot people or might have cost the lives of anyonne, then yes I don't have the right to drive any motor vehicle...
now I ask you this if someone owns a license gun and he used it to shoot a person bec of a minor parking incident, will you still allowd him to carry a gun ever?
stop being the good old guy/ boy next door image, just let us members say what we want anyways, this is a free open forum...
I know it's hard to be a moderator, it's hard to balance both sides, but just be careful in what you post, 'coz it seems to me that your lawyering for them..Last edited by shadow; February 15th, 2007 at 04:54 PM.

Hey guys keep cool. Youre both OT. hehe.
BTT: Pao himself said that anyone can make mistakes. From this statement I guess that he's willing to forgive and give AT a chance. Problem lies with AT by not straightening things up. IMO lang po.
