May 29th, 2018 05:08 PM #21In simplified terms, the conduction sticker was intended to be a “pass” so you can take your vehicle home (within 7 days from turn over of unit) from the dealership. Until you get your OR/CR, you have no “right to use the car on the road” and in case anything happens, (knock wood) you will be at disadvantage.
Authorities can impound the car however, only after 37 days have passed from turn over (usually on the date on the sales invoice) and the car remains unregistered.
Depende yan sa risk tolerance mo, but I would suggest as other members have advised and to avoid using the vehicle in the meantime. Mabilis lang lumipas ang 1-2 weeks(I don’t know lang how long ang process outside outside of NCR ha?) Turn mo naman mangulit sa SA mo (after ka niya kulitin to get the sale).

Can't find any updated thread, is this still in force? The SA told me that it has been revoked already and that I can use the car while waiting for a month for the OR CR?
