Masakit kang magsalita Bro, wag kang ganyan. Wag kang masyadong mina maliit .

anyway, here's how serious motorcycle accidents are: one time i was in a hospital emergency room i saw their whiteboard where they write their schedule, announcements etc..
there is a dedicated column for XRM accidents per month and all the months starting from january 2007 have more than five accidents.
and that is just one hospital.

di naman siguro lahat ay sira ulong magmotor maybe majority pero siguro 2-3 out of 20 naman ay matino magmotor
yesterday i witnessed for the 7th time isang head on collision ng frontier against a wannabe torque movie rider, parang david and goliath e, this motor was behind me in the 2 way road of pangasinan when this motorcycle driver is trying to overtake me, since i'm in unfamiliar roads i was running only at around 60-70kph max, when the motorcycle tried his overtaking stunt sa isang kurbada, (obviously hindi siya marunong umintindi ng yellow line sa gitna kalye kapag kurbada) out of nowhere the frontier pick-up came from the opposite direction and then "kaboom!" i saw it in about mga 15-20 feet siguro layo in front of me, lumipad yung nakasakay sa motor nagtumbling na parang backdrop sa wrestling sa ibabaw ng frontier then kablag bagsak sa kalye, yung frontier naman yung sira ng sa kanya is parang bumangga sa isang manipis na pole sa gitna niya umatras hanggang radiator i guess. I'm going to be honest, i didn't feel sorry for the motorcycle driver since kasalanan naman niya talga yun. at least nabawasan ng isang kumag magmotor ang mga kalye natin.

I once read here at tsikot... (a biker posted this) a responsible motorcycle driver should use lanes like cars do - car space din dapat i-occupy nila, sa loob sila ng lanes at hindi on top of lane markers.
Pero bihira ako makakita ng bikers na nasa tamang lanes.

Also, meron pa akong nabasa na they were asking for a designated lane on roads - Bikers lane daw.

April 30th, 2007 12:23 PM #19How about own roads or streets rather than just lanes? Pati na rin for jeeps and tricycles and buses.
Like if EDSA or C5 is for private vehicles, parallel roads (cross cities/municipalities) for buses. Specific secondary roads within cities for jeepneys and specific streets for motorcycles and tricycles... even bicycles. Each has their own network so each vehicle type can get to or at least near any specific location. Also, off limits ang other type of vehicle sa road/street na hindi para sa kanya. They may intersect offcourse with traffic ligths/controls in place (like a railroad does).
Whether you drive a car or a motorbike you need to be educated on how to drive it properly. Proper education breeds necessary discipline.

April 30th, 2007 12:56 PM #20well i do find implementation of road rules here in the philippines very lax compounded with lax licensing methodologies kaya yun mga disciplined riders and drivers ang naaapektuhan.... I do still believe na marami pa din ang responsable
As expected, in response to Tesla’s entry into the Philippines market, Ford will be bringing in the...
