Minor car incident - driver difficult to deal with, what to do?

wala na yan. walang police report, walang written agreement. bye bye na yan. you should have taken the 2.5k when it was offered. minor scratch lang naman di naman bangga na nayupi, di ka na dapat naghangad ng casa repair pa.

rule of thumb in minor repairs, 2.5-3k per panel. unless may papalitan na parts like window glass or rubber moldings ha.

Again, the 2.5k cash wasn't offered personally. Via phone call nga lang - and when we agreed na to take his offer, madami nang reasons na he can't give it pa agad, and he isn't answering our calls na. And again, we actually DO have a written agreement. We even have a picture of his license ergo, we know his home address

kinukunsume mo sarili mo TS,,,kung ako sayo...pababayaan ko muna yan, i'll wait till the insurance is about to expire and/or (wag naman sana) mabangga mo sa kung saan man ang bumper mo tsaka mo ipaayos sa CASA using yung insurance.....

have you thought of how much effort, time, stress na ang nakukuha mo? gusto mo puntahan sa bahay nya since you have the address?? what if that was an old address at di na sya dun nakatira??? have you factored in the gasoline, and again the time, effort, stress na ibibigay sayo nyan??

if ever di sya magbayad. wala ka pulis report, are you willing to file a case in court just for that "incidence"???? again think about how much time, effort, stress, and of course expenses na ibibigay sayo nun ??? if you file a case in court...baka expired na warranty ng kotse mo di kapa tapos sa kaso .

But then in the end ,...it will always be your choice....pero isip isip muna ---- it is all worth it???

ipagawa mo na lang. shoulder mo muna yung cost. then singilin mo after. kung di magbayad, ipost mo phone number sa public forum. hehe

may ganyang cases dito sa tsikot. post number then spam away!

ok talaga diyan sa RGR yung isang pintor jan may kapatid din na pintor magaling din at madami ng nagawa ng pang auto show dun naman siya nakapwesto sa Sauyo kung alam niyo yung kambingan ni tsong hanapin niyo dun si Sally yung pintor.

Edit: kung madaming tanggap sa RGR itananong niyo sa kanila kung saan ang pwesto ni Sally tapos dun kayo pagawa ok din yun kasi yung mga tanggap sa RGR sa kanya rin minsan dinadala pag sobrang dami
