    No plate no travel - Papers for will allow you to use your brand new car for 7 working days only. Parang ang daya ata. di ba LTO ang nagrerelease / iissue ng plaka di ba dapat sila ang i fine kapag wala kapang plaka! Unless na meron na then ang delays e nasa dealer.
