I'd like to take the Pasig City as example how they implement the counterflow here. For those whose familiar on Rosario area, that lane is hellish during 6:30-7:30AM time. There's a TE there to monitor the traffic condition and if it's getting worse, they let the vehicle counterflow. But before that, they radio the other TE's on the other end to put a barrier (orange plastic like the one on edsa) to close the opposite lane.

Other cities should implement similar process.

one more reason to not follow the enforcer induced counterflow. yung dyan sa alabang zapote road, intersection ng marcos alvarez. mahilig dyan buhos. so nagbuhos sila ng south bound, counterflow yun hanggang sm southmall. at the end of buhos, yung ilang vehicles na nag counteflow dahil sa buhos eh hinuli ng enforcers pag dating bandang southmall, counterflow daw. oh di ba ang galing? kita kagad! syempre galit na galit yung mga nahuli dahil kasamahan ng nanghuling enforcers yung nagpa counterflow.
