Relatives of the dead and those injured had agreed into a financial settlement as i have read it in the news yesterday.

The man could still be charged for public endangerment, reckless driving, destruction to property and etcetera. If the police didn't file a case, then that's their fault.

Like I've said before... laws on traffic accidents ought to be changed. Death due to extreme recklessness should be automatic murder/manslaughter charges under criminal law instead of civil cases.

Just last night around 11:30pm naman, meron Lancer EVO na yellow-green, durog ang nguso, sumubsob ata sa isang mas malaking sasakyan.. near the sharp curve with akasia tree.

Dun ako dumaan last night same time..Hirap ng visibility kasi maulan. Hindi ko naabutan yung EVO sayang.
