    If you have his picture or the plate number of his car or the location of his store, you can have it investigated by the police or NBI (kaso mukhang small-time crime lang ito sa tingin nila kaya baka hindi rin pansinin). You can hire a private investigator also.

    However, all your efforts could be worth MORE than the value you lost. So you might as well charge this to experience.

    Marami ng ganitong klaseng swindling lalo na sa e-Bay.

    When you are on a business deal, always make sure that the person you are dealing with is TRACEABLE. Verify his identity first before you part with your money.

    Unless of course you are dealing with a cat. Purrrrr...
