PH is already paying for the loan
but where are the e-trikes?
did they replace regular tricycles?

there are barely any takers so the gov't is practically giving them away

the national govt is giving away (donating) thousands of e-trikes to LGUs
each costing 450K if i'm not mistaken
taxpayers are now paying for the stupid project

but from a purely technical standpoint those e-trikes do offer certain benefits but cost isn't one of themnow if target market is willing to pay more then there's no reason why the project should fail. but if you'll be competing against motorcycles w/ sidecars in a cost-sensitive market then the e-trike will definitely fail
