March 5th, 2024 05:06 PM #42the bone of contention, is that many of them do not know common road rules.
there was this mother and daughter team in their e-trike, crawling along taft avenue, in the fast lane!
ang haba na ang pila sa likod nila, dedma pa rin.
then there's this e-scooter (yung maliit na gulong at nakatayo si rider),
snaking in and out of the lanes while the rest of the cars are slowly moving,
then swiftly goes straight to cross the intersection, at the rightmost narrow space!
the right-turning car nearly slammed into him.

Yes, this is the true problem, they have no sense of safety, no sense of traffic, bigla na lang kakabig pagna isipan, some do it intentionally para mauna and they think they are right, not realizing na pagnabangga sila, it's their body vs the body of a vehicle.
So tama si Doc when he said this is the bone of contention, it's their bone that has to contend with the vehicle's body [emoji23]
