The poster (sm2by) should have made some notation naman sana kasi if "stupid parking" in the context it is commonly understood in this thread, ok naman park nya.

That's what happens kapag you have no car pass (UST Sticker) and then nag-park ka kung saan saan (correct si sm2by, for students ang blue gutter)..
Yung papel naman, nakalagay dun na "You have violated the traffic rules of UST blahblah (your left front tire has been chained)".. You need to report to the security, and pay the P300 penalty..
On topic pa rin siya

Delikado sila (UST. Miss ko na din ito
) diyan. Kasi school yan. Pag naningil sa parking or nag parking fees dapat ma re-classify as commercial area yung parking area.

Are you talking about the carpark po? The carpark building is not owned by UST. I think sinusubukan na nilang bilhin.
Anyway, this is taken from Varsitarian.
http://www.varsitarian.net/news/2009...llegal_parking
There are an estimated 500 free parking spaces inside the campus, only 200 of which are allotted to students.
Around 5,000 vehicles are registered with UST and given car stickers. The carpark, meanwhile, can accommodate more than 600 cars in three of its four floors.
As early as 6 to 6:15 am kasi puno na lahat ng free parking spaces around the campus for students. Mahal mahal ng carpark. Tubong lugaw may ari nun.

May 13th, 2010 01:33 PM #618They should control the number of cars entering, instead of giving stickers, and yet everyone can't use their parking.
Ok guys let's stick to the topic. hahaha.
