The problem with his argument is, I have yet to see a parking lot WITHOUT MC parking and WITHOUT a separate parking fee table for MCs.

Usually these MC-occupying-a-car-slot incidents happen in malls, who think their big bikes are too good to be with the "pang-masa" MCs just because they almost cost as much as a cheap car, kaya feeling kotse.

If I see something like this, and there are provisions for MC parking, I bring it to the attention of the guard and ask them to move it to a proper MC parking space so that I can park into that parking slot that was meant for cars in the first place. Doesn't matter if you're a Ducati in a sea of Jianghes and Chengbaos or whatever chinese-brand bikes... They charge the same fee for a Cadillac Escalade and a Suzuki Alto.

Sino ba matutuwa ? And ... may designated parking slots nga sila eh.

A PARKING SLOT ISN'T ONLY FOR 4 WHEELERS PERIOD. That's just common sense. Have the private parking management specify otherwise.

Courtesy, Consideration BS. It seems only motorcyclists are the ones being demanded to be considerate in this country both on the road and elsewhere.

Also, if there are allocated parking space for MCs, then I guess, doon siya dapat pumarada....

You obviously don't get around to different parking lots then. Most charge the same as a car. Do you even own an MC and use it? Probably not.

You move my MC and I find out about it, then I take you to court. I highly doubt the parking attendant will cover up for you since if he does it will be him and the parking management that will end up in court. It's the same as moving a legally parked car without consent. If you move a Big Bike that is parked and locked, it's highly unlikely that you can do so without damaging the locks, and the stands. Worst case is you drop it(400 lbs or more bike) and damage the body. If its a Harley then you will be paying a lot more since those cost more than a Honda Civic.

If that happens we'll be seeing you in court for damage to property. :swear:

A parking slot is an area in a parking lot where you park any motor vehicle that fits inside the slot. And again NO it's not for cars only. Unless specified otherwise.

Doesn't the WIDTH of the parking slot already give you an idea kung para saan yung parking slot na yun?

that's the misnomer of "common sense"... it's not that common.

Don't you just love those people who park stupidly?
