It might help if mag-issue ng permit ang mall operators to those eligible na mag-park sa PWD. Pero if "pregnant", dapat 9 months (or less) validity lang.
Sa Eastwood mall kasi, di mo maipapasok ang pet mo if walang permit.

dito sa Greenbelt 5 ganyan din.. yung PWD parking kung sino sino nag pa park.. di naman masita nung guard kasi takot din.. yung ibang mga senior citizen.. kala yata nila PWD na sila.. tsk tsk tsk
