yup, i saw this at dasma village meron naka park illegally na nilalagyan ng wheel clamp. sana lahat ng parking lots may ganyan para sa mga a-hole parkers.

don't remember exactly what car since i wasn't really paying attention that much but it's either a pajero or ford everst basta color niya silver or dark grey ata.

It might help if mag-issue ng permit ang mall operators to those eligible na mag-park sa PWD. Pero if "pregnant", dapat 9 months (or less) validity lang.

Sa Eastwood mall kasi, di mo maipapasok ang pet mo if walang permit.

dito sa Greenbelt 5 ganyan din.. yung PWD parking kung sino sino nag pa park.. di naman masita nung guard kasi takot din.. yung ibang mga senior citizen.. kala yata nila PWD na sila.. tsk tsk tsk
