ABS works in conjunction with ESC. ESC works by braking individual wheels to go your intended path. I said full brake kasi dun sa video masyado na malapit.

Sadly kapag patay na hindi na mahabol yung danyos sa kamote driver. His criminal liability is extingueshed upon death.

I think civil liability pwede pa habulin. Sa Estate ng namatay pwede habulin yung liability or sa heirs ni kamote rider if may naiwan siyang properties. Pero sa property niya lang. Heirs are bound only insofar as to the part of their heirs iirc.

This is true​. There are times that even if you are right and legally right, you just have to let go. This is easier said than done. You are not at fault and yet you suffer.
